Easy Peasy Cream Cheese Frosting

Delight your tastebuds with this easy peasy cream cheese frosting recipe! Yummm!




Tools you'll need:

Electric beater

Mixing bowl

Measuring cups

Measuring spoons


Ingredients:

1 8 oz block of full fat softened cream cheese

1 Stick of unsalted room temperature butter

3 Cups powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)

Pinch of salt (1/8 tsp)

1/4 -1/2 tsp vanilla

2-3 Tbs heavy cream



Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat on medium/high until the mixture is smooth and thick. I generally start with two tablespoons of cream and add 1 tbs at a time until it is the desired texture. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Mangia!
