I love the slightly sweet, but cheesy flavor of this filling!
Tools you'll need:
All as listed in the pasta dough recipe
Small/medium mixing bowl
Wooden mixing spoon
Ingredients:
16 oz Dry curd cottage cheese
1 tsp fresh lemon juice or from concentrate (fresh is better)
1 Large egg
1 T Granulate sugar
OPTIONAL: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (I recommend this but it is not necessary)
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to fill the pierogi dough!
